Q: What is your reaction to the fact that Armenia not included in the list of countries able to compete for Iraqi reconstruction projects?

A: The list of countries able to bid for contracts represents those countries which are today present on the ground in Iraq. Armenia, despite the fact that it was not opposed to the coalition's actions in Iraq, made the conscious determination not to be included, based on various considerations. Therefore, it is no surprise, that just as France, Germany and Russia are not on that list, neither is Armenia.
